Hello, We are The New York Cookie Boutique located in Rockland County, Suffern NY. Quanda Miches owner of TNYCB is a self-taught cookie artist who loves the art of baking and decorating cookies. Her love for edible art began as she stumbled upon a tutorial. She was mesmerized as the royal icing flooded the entire cookie and gently meld together. She couldn't take her eyes away, and like that she was hooked!

She attended classes at The Institute of Culinary Education in NYC to further her knowledge. She read books and watched tutorials.  She couldn't stop thinking about her newly found passion. Everywhere she went she was inspired, and shortly after her shop was born.
